Jack is from Coventry in the UK and moved to the United States in 2009. He is married to his wife, Renee, who also works in the medical field as a diagnostic medical physicist. They have three children, all boys’ twins Tristan and Sawyer (10), and a younger son, Aiden (7).

Jack moved to the United States to coach Soccer and has worked with athletes of all levels, youth through professional, in his 15-year coaching career. His background in sports and experience working with athletes inspired him to continue his education and return to college to work in rehab.

Alongside Jack’s background in coaching, he is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist, certified personal trainer, and certified nutrition coach. This training gives him a well- rounded insight into all aspects that help athletes perform at their peak.

In his free time, Jack enjoys spending time with his family and all things outdoors—skiing, hiking, camping, and, of course, soccer.

Nate is a husband to Jill, a father of Brealle, Jacob, Daesha, Clarris, and Joseph, and is an Osteopractic physiotherapist and a performance strength coach. A 20-year veteran of the US Army, he has a passion for maintaining the individual’s body to always be ready for the challenges of physical activity. Nate has treated American and international soldiers, from basic trainees and cadets to the elite Rangers and Special Forces. He delivers injury prevention, human performance optimization, and holistic rehabilitation for those that want to achieve their full physical potential and maintain active lifestyles. Nate is a well-known speaker and educator, teaches continuing education and university courses monthly, and has published several peer-reviewed articles. He and Jill hold CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 Trainer Certificates, CrossFit Movement and Mobility Trainer Certificates, POSE Running Method Certificates, and are active in the Colorado Springs fitness and outdoor recreational community with their five children and son-in-law.

Cassie was first introduced to training after becoming a competitive cyclocross and gravel endurance cyclist in Chicago, Ill. She became an ACE-certified personal trainer so she could train endurance athletes. After sustaining a few injuries herself, Cassie became more interested in the rehab and recovery process and went back to school to become a licensed PTA in 2020. For the past several years, Cassie has been helping patients from various backgrounds recover from injuries. Understanding the activities her patients want to return to and why they are motivated to get better has always driven Cassie to learn more and better herself in this field.

Cassie has recently become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and now has more education and experience to train athletes in several disciplines. She recently registered for her first half marathon after becoming an instructor at Shred 415, a strength/endurance gym in Castle Rock. Dr. Drew Short is from Doniphan, MO, where he grew up in the countryside, spending most of his time playing baseball and running. In 2020, Drew moved to Colorado Springs, where he met his wife, Audrey, and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Koda. Dr. Drew is an avid runner and rock climber, with a particular passion for obstacle course racing.

Dr. Drew graduated from Arkansas State University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and again in 2019 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During his studies, he completed additional coursework in Blood Flow Restriction, Kinesiotaping, and Myofascial Release. Since earning his degree, he has pursued continuing education in running assessments, postural correction, and dry needling, for which he is certified. Dr. Drew specializes in treating runners, rock climbers, and recreational lifters, and he takes great pride in providing patient education.
