Dr. Seher obtained her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Central Florida in 2018 and 2021, respectively. Throughout her academic career, Seher had a background in fitness, where she worked as a group exercise instructor and a personal trainer. She also discovered a passion for empowering women.

After becoming a physical therapist, Seher quickly realized that women, mainly in the healthcare system, are severely underserved. This prompted her to specialize in pelvic health rehabilitation, where she now works with people of all genders in healing pelvic floor-related conditions. Seher believes that more knowledge, empowerment, and complete de-stigmatization are needed in pelvic health for people to heal.

During her treatment sessions, Seher creates a safe and supportive environment to empower her patients to reach their fullest potential.

Today, Seher actively promotes mental, spiritual, and physical health through her physical therapy and yoga teaching career. In her free time, you can catch Seher at a yoga class, the gym lifting weights, at home drinking coffee and playing with her cat, or hiking in the mountains.
