Dr. Jessie Czarnecki
Jessie is originally from Chicago, IL, with a career that spans multiple state lines. She completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Washington University in St. Louis, MO, then moved further south to begin her career in Fayetteville, AR. There, she honed her expertise in the treatment of CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, and strength athletes. Her pursuit of excellence led her to Minnesota for a brief time to further this specialization, before relocating to Colorado, where she is inspired by the vibrant and active community. She holds certifications as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2), and USA Weightlifting Level 1 (USAW-L1), complemented by extensive clinical education. With a background in Sports Medicine, and as a former lacrosse player she understands the complexity of the challenges that come with sports injuries. Her physical therapy passion was ignited when rehabilitating an ACL tear that ended her senior year season; she felt that the physical therapy treatment she received was inadequate for her goals of returning to an active lifestyle. This personal experience ignited a thirst for knowledge and an infinite growth-mindset; She is committed to uncover the most effective, evidence-based strategies to help others maximize their performance potential.
Aside from her professional endeavors, Jessie is an active participant and competitor in CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting, a die-hard WWE fan, and loves to draw and paint in her free time. Kendra Glaspey
Kendra was born in Southern California’s Inland Empire and moved to Littleton, CO, with her mom when she was seven. Ever since, she has embraced life in Littleton and loved being close to the foothills. She graduated from Chatfield Senior High in 2009 and spent five years as a nanny for a family friend, helping raise their daughters before deciding to pursue her passion for massage therapy.
Her interest in massage began early, often giving shoulder rubs to friends and family. Encouraged by those around her, she enrolled at The Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2006. A year later, she graduated and began her career as a Licensed Massage Therapist, working from home for nearly seven years. Her work is deeply meaningful to her, and she is passionate about helping clients discover new aspects of their bodies. She prides herself on creating a comfortable, personalized experience for each client, often seeing them relax so deeply that they fall asleep during sessions.
In 2021, she returned to her alma mater, CSHA, as a massage instructor, sharing her love for the craft with students and helping them develop their skills. Teaching has brought her immense joy, as she watches her students fall in love with the work she has cherished for so long. At the beginning of 2024, she expanded her expertise by learning Manual Lymphatic Drainage, adding it to her skillset along with cupping and other hands-on techniques. She is excited to incorporate these new skills into her practice, continuing to grow and evolve in her career.
